Al-Haddad calls for normalization of the situation in the city of Kirkuk and the rest of the Kurdistan regions outside the administration of the KG

BAGHDAD Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives Bashir Haddad called for the normalization of the situation in the city of Kirkuk and the rest of the Kurdish areas outside the administration of the Kurdistan region or called (disputed areas), which were controlled by the Iraqi security forces and the popular crowd in the events of October 16, 2017 .

A statement by Al-Haddad Office quoted him as stressing "the need to normalize the situation in Kirkuk and the rest of the Kurdish areas and create the ground and the appropriate atmosphere for the return of families and provide support and support them until then."

He added that a committee was set up to assess the damage caused by the floods of the past two days in a number of areas in the Kurdistan region, "noting that" after the completion of the Committee for its work, the Ministries of Finance in the federal governments and the Kurdistan region have to provide material compensation to those affected by the budget allocated for emergency situations.
