The Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Franciscos Verros, met this Wednesday with Chairman of the North Lebanon Merchants Association, Assaad Hariri, with talks touching on Lebanese-Greek relations and means to boost trade ties.
The meeting was marked by the exchange of souvenirs.
Hariri pointed out that the meeting "was fruitful in terms of tackling prospects of cooperation between the traders of northern Lebanon and Greece, through the promotion of imports via the port of Tripoli."
"We invited the ambassador to visit the north and he promised to do so on December 5," he said.
