An MP for Saeroun calls for preventing the travel of Ministers and others accused of corruption

BAGHDAD, MP for the Saeroun Alliance Jawad al-Moussawi called on the government to prevent the travel of Ministers and their Undersecretaries and owners of special grades who have files of corruption.

"The outgoing Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi, have to issue instructions to all ports to prevent Ministers, Undersecretaries and special degrees in the current government who have complaints and judicial files at the judicial authority that are not resolved so far, "he said.

"The fight against corruption should start from now," he said, stressing "the non-politicization of files that condemn high figures in the country of Ministers, Undersecretaries and Director Generals."

He pointed out that "there are many cases and accusations of corruption against the Ministry of Health and its departments throughout the country include all sections of that Ministry."
