President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received today Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Eng. Essam Khalaf.
They discussed development of a number of cultural infrastructure projects in Manama and Muharraq.
Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa praised the efforts of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning in promoting the infrastructure of many historical cities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, stressing the importance of synergized efforts to preserve the kingdom’s civilizational achievements.
The Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning lauded the efforts of BACA in preserving Bahrain’s historical and civilizational sites, stressing keenness on cooperation with the authority to promote the urban scene in the kingdom.
