Bahrain beat the USA in Men’s World Handball Championship

Bahrain continued its winning streak in the 28th International Handball Federation (IHF) Men’s World Handball Championship, jointly held in Sweden and Poland.

The national team outclassed the USA 32-27 in a main round match, which was played today at the Malmo Arena in Malmo, Sweden. Bahrain led the American team 17 -13 at the end of the first half of the match.

This is the second victory for Bahrain, which edged past Belgium 30-28 to qualify to the main round of the championship.

The national squad will play on Saturday at 05:30 pm (Bahrain Time), which topped its group after beating Croatia, Morocco and the USA.
