The Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the terrorist attack against the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces deployed to the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the terrorist attack, which resulted in the death of a Moroccan soldier and the injury of others.
It expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, its brotherly people, the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
It affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with Morocco and commended the important role played by the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces in maintaining security and providing humanitarian aid, stressing the need to intensify international efforts to eliminate terrorism in all its forms.
