Dr. Zainab Al-Mesali, a dermatologist who is on a scholarship to Ireland, participated with a work paper on psoriasis, as part of her participation in the Irish Association of Dermatologists Conference.
The study was co-conducted by the Government Hospitals (Department of Dermatology and Department of Histology) and Head of the Department of Pathology at the College of Medicine and Medical Sciences at the Arabian Gulf University, Dr. Ameena Abdulrahman Ismail. The study was selected to be presented at the Irish Association of Dermatologists Conference.
Chief Executive of the Government Hospitals, Dr. Ahmed Al Ansari praised strong cooperation with the Arabian Gulf University in conducting studies and researches to develop the health services. He stressed the significance of participation of the specialized medical cadres in international conferences.
Dr. Al Ansari took pride in the high competence and distinction of Bahraini doctors, which reflects the efficiency of training and academic acquisition.
