Bahrain’s Ambassador to Cairo and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Hisham bin Mohammed Al-Jowder, congratulated President Abdul-Fattah El-Sisi and the Egyptian government and people on the inauguration of the July 3 Naval Base in the Jarjoub region.
The ambassador noted the participation of the National Security Adviser and Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in the inauguration ceremony which, he said, mirrors the depth of historic ties between the the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
He said that Bahrain values the role of the Arab Republic of Egypt in maintaining security and peace in the Arab region and the Middle East, and reiterated the Kingdom’s support to Cairo in various regional and international forums, wishing Egypt and its people further progress and prosperity.
