Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, maintained that delaying the formation of Lebanon's new government and wasting time to no avail are no more admissible, in remarks made during the celebration of the 41st foundation anniversary of the Islamic Risala Scout Association, at UNESCO palace Friday.
"The nation is not only a determined territory, but rather an environment of stability and reassurance, in a real life with responsible freedom and social security," Berri said in his word.
"What is happening now will leave the country unwatched and without a state, and will also impair what is left of the economy," he added.
"We will not accept the waste of time and the postponement of the government formation," he underlined, calling for speedy solutions to the pressing issues, on top of which the trash and electricity crises.
