Cityscape Bahrain 2022 ends on high note

Manama, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee of Cityscape Bahrain 2022, Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has affirmed that the real estate sector is one of the competitive sectors that attract investments and contribute to supporting the national economy.

This is the result of the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the ongoing follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, he said.

He asserted that the Kingdom continues to strengthen its pioneering position and consolidate its prestigious status in the exhibitions and conferences industry, in order to achieve more development and prosperity for the nation and the citizens.

He affirmed that the first edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2022 ended on a high note, with as many as 10,000 real estate units, worth BD 967 million, exhibited by nearly 40 companies from Bahrain and abroad, noting that the total value of sales reached BD 101 million during the fourth day of the event.

He also highlighted the high turnout of visitors, whose approximate number reached 10,000, noting that the great number of concluded deals and the value of sales that took place during the exhibition were the fruitful outcomes of the support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which contributed to strengthening the status of Bahrain as a destination for investment in the real estate sector.
