Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet’s Virtual Session 2 Riyadh

The Cabinet said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s call for organizing the Pledging Event for the Humanitarian Crisis in Yemen 2020 on June 2, 2020, is an extension of the Kingdom’s humanitarian and development contribution and does affirm the Kingdom’s pioneering role in supporting Yemen.
Dr. Al-Gasabi said that the Cabinet reviewed reports on the developments on regional and international arenas. The Cabinet reiterated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s welcome of the formation of the new Iraqi government as well as the Kingdom’s support for Iraq and readiness to work with the new Iraqi government on the basis of cooperation, mutual respect, historical ties and common interests in order to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields and to enhance the security and stability of the region.
The Cabinet issued the following the decisions:
First :
The Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding between the government Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government in the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of civil protection and civil defense.
Second:
Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic sheikhdom in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of Islamic affairs.
Third :
The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Media or his deputy to discuss with the Kazakhstani side a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of media between the Ministry of Media in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Information and Social Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, sign it, and submit the final version to complete formal procedures
