Cypriot planes end firefighting operations, four planes to arrive from Greece and Jordan to assist with flames’ extinguishing

The two Cypriot planes have concluded their sorties aimed to help extinguish fires across Lebanon, and were last supplied with water at 5:30 pm, the NNA correspondent said.

It is noteworthy that the fire brigade at the Rafic Hariri International Airport - Beirut and the firefighter's brigade in the Union of Municipalities of the suburbs were assisting and support the two planes.

Four fire extinguisher aircrafts are expected to arrive to the Beirut airport from Greece and Jordan to help in the firefighting operations.
