The Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, expressed his pride in the development of solid brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. He praised mutual keenness to consolidate bilateral relations in various fields, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to expand those relations to serve common interests.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs was speaking during his participation as part of the official delegation accompanying His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on his official visit to the United Arab Emirates.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Minister of State for Advanced Technology, HE. Sarah Bint Yousif Al Amiri, signed the executive programme for joint cooperation in education for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, and a memorandum of understanding between the ministries of education in the two countries regarding cooperation in the field of higher education.
The Minister also signed the Declaration of Sovereignty over Data Agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
