Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed the importance of investing in education and promoting human resources to support Bahrain’s development.
He noted the positive impact of investment in education in supporting the future generations’ professional careers and nurturing creativity and innovation.
This came as he received Electricity and Water Affairs Minister, Bahrain Polytechnic board of trustees’ chairman Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak and the new Chief Executive Officer Dr. Kieran Kathin.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy welcomed Dr. Kieran Kathin, wishing him success in his academic role in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He stressed the pivotal role of Bahrain Polytechnic in supporting the educational sector towards attaining the desired goals.
The meeting discussed cooperation to support the plans and programmes set by Bahrain Polytechnic.
