Hakim stressed during his meeting yesterday evening with Dulaimi in his office in Baghdad, according to a statement of his office, "the need to implement service and development programs and take priority of the stage of services and proper planning, calling for completion of preparations for the census."
AlHakim stressed that the census is necessary for its database in all fields. He called to pay attention to all regions and to give a message to all citizens of Iraq, pointing out the importance of attention to environmental projects such as sewage projects and waste recycling.
He stressed the need to update the basic design of the capital Baghdad and move forward to provide housing for each family according to a clear mechanism to prevent corruption.
