National Education and Higher Education Minister, Marwan Hamadeh, welcomed on Friday at his ministerial office Saudi Minister Plenipotentiary Charge d'Affaires, Walid Bukhari, with talks between the pair reportedly touching on educational cooperation between the Kingdom and Lebanon.
This comes in light of the joint authorization by the two governments to prepare and approve a new educational cooperation agreement between the two brotherly countries.
The two sides also discussed the executive programs and mechanisms of joint action to support education for all, which includes Lebanese students and displaced Syrians who are still outside 'formal education.'
Discussions covered joint solutions and programs in this regard.
