His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) has received a cable of congratulations , on the issuance of a royal decree, by His Majesty the King, appointing him as Board of Directors Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA).
