Secretary General of the Higher Education Council, Deputy Chairperson of the Higher Education Council Board of Trustees, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received in her office Tamkeen Acting Chief Executive, Maha Mofeez.
They discussed ways of boosting cooperation between both sides and motivating the relevant parties in the industrial and business sector towards complementary participation with the Higher education sector to achieve the knowledge-based economy and cope with the needs of the Labour Market.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa commended the vital role of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) in supporting the higher education sector.
For her part, Maha Mofeez praised the efforts of Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa in supporting the higher education institutions and enabling them to perform their duties properly.
