The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, His Excellency Zheenbek Kulubaev Moldokanovich, at Gudaibiya Palace.
HRH the Deputy King highlighted the Kingdom’s commitment to further strengthening Bahrain-Kyrgyzstan relations and trade cooperation, which continue to receive the committed support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the President of Kyrgyzstan, His Excellency Sadyr Japarov.
HRH the Deputy King was then presented with a hand-written letter addressed to His Majesty the King from the President of Kyrgyzstan. HE Kulubaev conveyed the President’s greetings to His Majesty the King and HRH the Deputy King, and in return, His Royal Highness conveyed His Majesty the King’s and his greetings to the President of Kyrgyzstan.
For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with HRH the Deputy King, and for His Royal Highness’s continued support on furthering cooperation and relations between the two countries.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
