MP Jihad Samad on Wednesday announced that the independent Sunnis were not concerned with any step undertaken by Caretaker Foreign Minister, Gebran Bassil, as long as the latter had not consulted with them.
Interviewed by Voice of Lebanon radio station, Samad maintained that according to the results of the parliamentary elections, the independent Sunnis were entitled to a ministerial share.
"The problem today is that March 8 Sunnis support the Resistance," he said.
"Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri, is ready to form a government with everybody who's against this Resistance," he added.
