Indian senior religious man lauds role of Saudi Arabia in disseminating the notion of moderation of Islam

Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, Saudi Arabia, Dr. Asghar Ali Imamuddin, Secretary General of Ahl Al-Hadeeth (followers of Prophet's speech) Association of India, who is also member of the Supreme Commission for Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Prize for Prophet's Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies, lauded the role the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is playing in the service of Islam in general, and the symposium being organized by the prize's commission under the theme "religious efforts at the Prophet's mosque during the Saudi era" in particular.

In remarks, Asghar Ali Imamuddin underscored the importance of the symposium towards achieving the message of Islam and spotlighting its moderate position.

He paid tribute to the role played by Saudi kings, since the reign of late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud until the current era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince in taking care of the teachings of the Prophet (pbuh), wishing those in charge of the prize as well as the symposium every success.
