Information Affairs Minister hails Bahrain’s diplomacy; foreign policy

Bahrain’s foreign policy and diplomacy stem from the genuine Arab values and fundamentals which long mark the Kingdom’s society, said Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi.

He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, hailing royal support to the Kingdom’s foreign policy and diplomacy which enhances Bahrain’s standing as a beacon of tolerance and symbol of peace, coexistence and acceptance of others.

He praised the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, lauding Bahrain’s diplomatic achievements and successes in Arab and regional arenas.

The minister made the statement on the occasion of the Bahrain Diplomatic Day, annually observed on January 14, by order of HM the King, in recognition of the pivotal role played by the Kingdom’s diplomacy across all international platforms and contribution to global security and peace.

Al Romaihi praised the efforts exerted by the Kingdom’s diplomatic corps in different arenas, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, to extend Bahrain’s humanitarian message to the world.

He lauded Bahrain’s diplomatic approach and foreign policy record, based on respect and good neighbourhood, and contribution to global security and peace, within the national vision of HM the King and Bahrain’s deep-rooted history.
