Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received today the Interior Ministry’s team on the occasion of winning the International Pace Sticking Championship. Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan attended.
Organised by the British Royal College (Sandhurst), the contest covered 12 teams. The Interior Minister congratulated the team on the honourable accomplishment that reflects the high training, discipline and hard work of the police personnel. He hailed the successes of the Royal Academy of Police (RAP) in education and training. He wished the best for the team in future competitions.
The Interior Ministry participated with two teams, which won the first and second places. The two teams succeeded in collecting the highest total scores, and in clinching the best leader and best participant awards. RAP Commander also attended.
