"The role of the Lebanese Embassy in London with regards to holding the British-Lebanese Investment Conference in Lebanon next December is a major step in the right direction, and deserves all the support and widest participation," said MP Ibrahim Kanaan on Sunday, hoping it would be a great success.
Addressing the attendees at a luncheon banquet hosted in his honor by Lebanon's Ambassador to London, Rami Mortada, Kanaan said, "The easiest way to invest in Lebanon is to market good ideas through people who are efficient and positive."
"The current presidential mandate is not the era of a person, but the era of all Lebanese, and its success is that of all the Lebanese," he added, deeming it "the last opportunity to build the state."
"Let us all cooperate to preserve the homeland and reach the results we want," Kanaan underscored.
