Khazali: The Next Govt Should Set A Specific Timetable For Providing Services, We Call Youth Of Basra To Keep Their Anger Under Control

Najaf, The Secretary-General of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Qais al-Khazali warned, "There are significant political repercussions because of the events taking place in Basra.

"The next government should set a clear timetable for providing services needed by the people," Khazali said in a speech to a gathering of clerics at the General Conference of the Husseini preachers and informers, added, "Basra should be at the forefront of urgent services."

He called on the people of Basra, especially their youth, to keep their anger under control and not to rise it to undesirable levels, which could cause more damage that could threaten the political situation in the country and enter other agendas that want to exploit the situation with other security or political bodies.
