Manama: The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the State of Libya, Dr. Najla El-Mangoushattended a musical concert at the the Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Center for Culture and Research.
Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President, Chair of the the Board of Trustees of the Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Center for Culture and Research Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa opened the event,
In attendance were Director-General of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, and Foreign Ministry Chief of Arab Affairs Ahmed Mohammed Al-Tarifi.
During the visit, the Libyan Minister toured the Center and the surrounding cultural locations, such as the Abdullah Al Zayed House for Bahraini Press Heritage and the Children’s Library.
She was briefed on Bahraini art and heritage by the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, and a review of the most prominent pieces of art on display.
She praised the Bahraini artwork, appreciating the effort exerted in preserving authentic Bahraini heritage.
She also expressed the importance of bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the two countries in the cultural and artistic fields, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain, its leadership and people further progress, growth and prosperity .
