Minister of Labor and Social Development: Kingdom will spare no effort to promote joint Arab action

Cairo, Minister of Labor and Social Development Eng. Ahmed Bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will spare no effort to promote joint Arab action.

In a speech today at the 46th session of the Arab Labor Conference in Cairo, he said that the Arab region and the whole world are witnessing rapid changes and developments that require reconsidering mechanisms and procedures to deal with the aspirations and needs of the Arab peoples, especially in the fields of labor market.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to the implementation of the goals of sustainable development, he added.

The Minister of Labor and Social Development highlighted the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030's goal of providing decent work for all.

He affirmed that the Kingdom has strengthened the status of women in development and has taken the necessary measures to ensure women's empowerment in community and economic development.

The Minister of Labor and Social Development stressed the importance of serving people with disabilities based on the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
