Baghdad Member of Parliament from Diyala Governorate, Ahmad Madhar al-Jubouri, called on the Prime Minister to send a special force to Jalawla district to maintain security after its deterioration due to the terrorist organization ISIS.
He said in a press statement that: The terrorist organization ISIS stormed the city of Jalawla, northeast of Diyala, and fired randomly, which led to the burning of a power station in a residential neighborhood without casualties.
Al-Jubouri added that for the first time since the liberation of large areas of the governorate, the terrorist organization has arrived at the city center, considering this a major security breach that requires a decisive response.
He explained: What happened requires the immediate intervention of the heads of the Council of Ministers and Representatives, to intervene immediately, to be acquainted with the security situation in the area and to stop the security breaches.
