Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs, Eng Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak, stressed the ministry’s keenness to improve services provided to the beneficiaries, stressing that their satisfaction is a basic criterion that is subject to continuous evaluation.
This came during an inspection visit to the Customer Service Centre at Muharraq Municipality building where he was accompanied by Municipality Affairs Undersecretary Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
The minister asserted the unflinching keenness of the Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs Ministry to upgrade its services according to the latest standards. He also affirmed keenness to motivate all employees to optimize the municipal services creatively.
For his part, the Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs, Eng. Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, affirmed that the customer service centers in the municipalities are important to further improve services and achieve people’s aspirations.
