Nasser bin Hamad directs to raise prizes value of HM King’s Endurance Cup

Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Honorary President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, directed to raise the value of the prizes of the King Hamad Endurance Cup to BD 130, 000. The festival will be organized by BREEF at Bahrain International Endurance Village.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa extended most sincere thanks and appreciation to HM the King for his tremendous support to the youth and sport sector, which enabled the Bahraini sport to stand out remarkably in international competitions. He emphasized the great care and support given by HM the King to the endurance sport which led to its development and helped bring about many international achievements.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed that increasing the value of the prizes will serve as an incentive for all participants in the horseriding festival to make their best in achieving distinguished results.

The value of the prizes for His Majesty the King’s Endurance Cup festival increased to BD 130,000. BD 69,600 will be allocated for the local private stables 120-km race. Winner of the first place will receive an amount of BD 6000 while cash prizes will be given away to winners of other places. BD 3000 will go for the best female place for 3 races. A total amount of BD 6000 will be given for the best horse condition for three races. Other prizes worth BD 25,000 will be allocated for the main stages of the races.

A total sum of BD 26,400 has been allocated for the international junior and young riders’ 120-km race. Winner of the first place will receive BD 3,200 while other cash prizes will go to other winners.
