Manama, Mar. 9 (BNA): Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Board of Trustees Chairman of Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC), His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, praised the achievements of NVTC in 2022, noting development of technical education and its concordance with the requirements of the labour market.
This came on the occasion of holding the first meeting of NVTC Board of Trustees for the year 2023.
The board reviewed the goals achieved in 2022 and the ongoing projects to meet the labour market demands regarding the energy sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in line with the announcement of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa of the kingdom’s vision on the future of the energy sector.
The board discussed progress of the centre’s administration in implementing the strategic plan 2022-2025 to change it into a scientific city by 2025 and boost its prominent role in supporting the labour market with high competencies.
