Parliament Presidency Agrees To Set A Date For Questioning The CBI’s Governor

Baghdad Member of Parliament, Representative Jamal Al-Muhammadawi, collected the signatures of 25 MPs to present a general topic for discussion regarding the Central Bank’s policy on the currency auction.

The Speaker of Parliament agreed to set a date for the questioning of the central bank governor.

A document issued by the office of Representative Jamal Al-Muhammadawi revealed that: MP Al-Muhammadawi collected the signatures of 25 MPs to present a general topic for discussion regarding the Central Bank’s policy on the currency auction.

The document indicated that the signatories are calling for a general topic for discussion regarding the Central Bank of Iraq policy for the currency auction.

The document included a note of the Speaker of Parliament to set a date for the questioning of the Governor of the Central Bank and answering the MPs’ questions.
