Sulaymaniyah, A leader in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan confirmed that the demands of the Kurdish parties to form a new government in Iraq is the implementation of the Constitution," noting that there is no agreement so far with the political parties in Baghdad.

"The Patriotic Union has not yet concluded any agreement with the political parties in Baghdad on the formation of the new government," member of the Political Bureau Rizgar Ali said in press statements.

He added: "We are with any party guarantees 17% of the financial budget of the Kurdistan region and the return of the Peshmerga forces to Kirkuk and the disputed areas."
