RHF receives Shaikh Isa bin Ali Award for Voluntary Work

Manama: The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF)’s Secretary-General Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed, received Board of Directors Chairman of Good Word Society and Arab Voluntary Union President Hassan Muhammad Buhazaa.

 

The RHF has won Shaikh Isa bin Ali Award for Voluntary Work, its secretary-general praised the efforts of Good Word Society Honorary Chairman, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa in supporting community voluntary work and honoring national cadres in the front lines in appreciation of their great efforts during the pandemic.

 

He pointed out that RHF presented many initiatives to support Bahraini community during the pandemic, the most important one was the (Feena Khair) campaign led by His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

 

Dr. Al-Sayed said that there are more than 800 volunteers of different ages, citizens and residents, who have had a major role in many of the foundation’s volunteer work, emphasizing on RHF’s volunteer work and community partnership so that everyone can serve orphans and widows and carry out humanitarian work under an official umbrella.

 

He also appreciated the efforts of Good Word Society and its prominent role in various sectors, appreciating the society’s remarkable contributions and its great achievements at the local and Arab levels.

 

Buhazaa congratulated RHF  on obtaining the award, praising its prominent role led by HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and its distinguished efforts in providing charitable and humanitarian work inside and outside Bahrain.
