Saudi Ambassador to Niger participates in the inauguration ceremony to combat blindness, eye diseases, at Prince Sultan Cultural Center

Niamey, The Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Niger Turki bin Naji Al-Ali participated in the inauguration of the program to combat blindness and treatment of eye diseases, at Prince Sultan Cultural Center here.

In a speech on this occasion, Ambassador Al-Ali affirmed Saudi Arabia's support for the work of the Muslim World League and its humanitarian role around the world.

The ceremony included a field visit to the center and inspection of some medical cases, operating room and medical examination clinics.

It is worth mentioning that the program has performed nearly 500 surgeries, in addition to the distribution of medical supplies, glasses and therapeutic drugs for patients.

A large number of Nigerien citizens benefit from this program, as the Prince Sultan Cultural Center provides them with treatment therapy.
