SCH President pays inspection visit to Abdullah bin Khalid Health Centre

President of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH), Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, has affirmed the government’s keenness to provide the best health services and ensure comprehensive health coverage, in line with the continuous directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

 

 

 

In this context, the SCH President paid an inspection field visit to Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid Health Centre, in Riffa, in the presence of Board of Trustees Chairman of the Primary Healthcare Centres Dr. Abdulwahab Mohammed Abdulwahab, Chief Executive of Primary Healthcare Dr. Jalila Al-Sayed Jawad, SCH Secretary General Ibrahim Ali Al Newakhdha and senior health officials.

 

 

 

The SCH President got informed about the centre’s ongoing preparations for its trial opening tomorrow Sunday, November 28th. The state-of-the-art centre will serve big residential areas. It comprises specialized clinics and will provide services during official work days. It is considered as one of the most important health centres serving Riffa and its vicinity.

 

 

 

The SCH President noted that Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid Health Centre will substitute the current East Riffa Centre, directing citizens to turn up for health services in the new centre starting from November 28, 2021.
