President of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
They discussed cooperation between the health sector and Finance and National Economy Ministry.
The two parties highlighted the achievements within the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and HM’s keeness and care for the health sector.
They noted the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister for all projects that will develop the quality of health services.
SCH President reviewed with the minister the latest developments in the health sector programs in the Kingdom; like the National Social Health Insurance Program (SEHATI) and the projects and initiatives that aim to develop the health system according to the highest levels of quality, justice and competitiveness for the benefit of all.
