Shura chairman receives Parliament minister

Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received Parliament Affairs Minister Ghanem bin Fadhel Al Buainain, to discuss topics related to legislative affairs.

Shura chairman affirmed that the legislative branch’s achievements during the past sessions, and the legislation and laws it submitted to activate the specific constitutional tools, are considered a distinct product of sincere national work by members of the legislative branch, and constructive cooperation and continuous coordination with the executive branch.

Al Saleh Noted that joint work and integration between the legislative and executive branches constitute a solid basis for the continuity of legislative work and the consolidation of the democratic approach emphasized by the reform project of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He praised the advanced level of cooperation that the esteemed government is keen on, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, appreciating HRH’s continuous support for the principle of consultation and dialogue between the legislative and executive branches, which contributes to prosperity in of Bahrain.

The minister praised Shura chairman and all members, for their national interest and responsibility in enacting legislation and amending laws, stressing the continuous endeavor by the esteemed government to open up more prospects for cooperation and joint action.
