Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi drone attack on vital facilities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
She denounced the terrorist attack which, she said, represents a dangerous escalation, a flagrant violation of the international humanitarian conventions and a challenge to the international community.
In a cable to the UAE Federal National Council (FNC) Speaker Saqr Ghobash, she stressed Bahrain’s solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and rejection of the Houthis’ terrorist aggression, which which resulted in the death of three civilians and the injury of others.
She reiterated Bahrain’s unwavering support to all measures taken by the UAE to defend its territorial integrity, security and peace, urging the international community to condemn these criminal acts which violate the international humanitarian law.
