Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallem stressed cooperation between the legislative and executive branches to support the development progress led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He hailed HM the King’s praise of the fruitful cooperation between the two branches as he chaired the weekly cabinet meeting in Gudaibiya Palace, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The Speaker said that the legislative-executive cooperation was the cornerstone of development and modernization in Bahrain, and hailed the royal care and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s support to all state institutions.
Al Musallem noted the royal appreciation of the role of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in leading the Government to optimize achievements and spearhead national development through comprehensive and integrated work, effective strategic plans, advanced projects, initiatives and programmes, and a high work methodology.
Such approaches place the Bahraini citizens at the core of government programs and in constructive cooperation with the legislative authority.
The invigoration of cooperation with the private sector boosts levels of production and efficiency and advances opportunities for the citizens of the country, he said.
