Speaker stresses Bahrain’s keenness to enhance economic, parliamentary cooperation with Turkey, Nepal

(BNA): Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, today received the outgoing Nepalese Ambassador to Bahrain, Padam Sundas.

 

She expressed pride in the level reached by the friendship and cooperation relations between Bahrain and Nepal, affirming the kingdom’s keenness to enhance such relations in all fields, especially the economic and parliamentary ones, for the best interests of the two friendly countries.

 

She also commended the efforts exerted by the Nepalese Ambassador throughout his tenure to strengthen bilateral cooperation, wishing him further success.

 

The Speaker also received here today the Turkish Ambassador to Bahrain, Esin Çakıl.

 

During the meeting, she highlighted the keenness of the kingdom to enhance economic and parliamentary cooperation as well as develop relations with Turkey at all levels in order to achieve common interests.

 

First Deputy Speaker, MP Abdulnabi Salman, and Second Deputy Speaker, MP Ali Zayed, attended the meetings.
