Baghdad The head of the parliamentary bloc of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), Vian Sabri, affirmed, “The Kurds’ position on Thursday’s session will be clear tomorrow. ”
She said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “The three presidencies of the region will meet tomorrow with the Kurdish representatives in the Iraqi parliament and members of the federal government, in order to reach a clear Kurdish position of what happened in last Thursday’s session.”
Sabri added, “What happened requires a clear Kurdish position after depriving the region’s employees of their legitimate salaries according to the law.”
Several Kurdish parties and blocs announced that they would not participate in tomorrow’s meeting with the three presidencies of the region, including Change Movement and the Kurdistan Islamic Union.
