Yemen, World Bank Discuss Development Intervention Policy, in the next Stage

Aden, Yemen's Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mohammed Al-Saadi discussed here today with World Bank Executive Director Mirza Hassan, the portfolio of projects presented to Yemen by the Bank, in addition to its development intervention policy, in the country, for the coming period.

The two sides discussed, according to Yemen News Agency, the reconstruction plan prepared by the bank and the third assessment of dynamic needs, in Yemen.

World Bank's portfolio of projects to Yemen, during the past two years, worth about $1.250 billion, distributed over emergency projects, in cash, for work, social security, health, agriculture, emergency services and alternative energy.
