Youth Minister attends World Youth Forum

Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs, Ayman bin Tawfeeq Al-Moayed, attended the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh, which was held under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdelfattah El-Sisi, in the presence of leaders of many countries and dignitaries. Male and female youngsters from across the world participated in the event.

The Egyptian President delivered a speech in the inaugural ceremony of the forum which featured many activities that underlined the role of the youth in building a better future for the world.

The Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs praised the efforts of the organising committee to ensure success of the event which is considered as part of the international community’s efforts to raise awareness of the youth and provide them with the opportunity to participate actively in the sustainable development process and discuss global issues.

The World Youth Forum is an annual event held in Egypt bringing together the youth from all over the world. This year’s event will cast light on the post-COVID-19 period and the impact of the pandemic on the life of millions in the world.
